WOW!!!! 🥰😍 WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! 👏🏼 My consultation was scheduled with the owner, Ergun, after a thorough phone conversation with Haley, I believe. She was very patient with me & answered, all of my questions. We talked in depth about my hair texture and my concerns due to hobbies & lifestyle. I've never had extensions before or a consultation with anyone about it. The depth of the conversation is what led to her scheduling me with Ergun. She assured me he has been doing this for 20 years on all different types of hair. I was fortunate to get an appointment within the same week! The initial meeting & consultation went very well! He has great positive energy & his chair has beautiful natural light. From the moment I stepped in the salon, he said he was excited about my appointment. That welcome set me at ease. This was all perfect for discussing the different types of extension textures, colors and looking at these next to my hair. I let my hair air dry for the appointment so he would know what it does naturally. I was amazed by how quickly he matched my natural color & highlights in the same texture as my hair. There was an option to straighten my hair and use a different type of extension but I like being able to wear my natural waves or blow dry my hair straight. He had time available so I said yes, lets do it! I'm so happy I did! It was so much fun! Evelyn, was delightful to chat with, while she did the prep work. The staff has a great system of working together to complete this service incredibly fast, with a high level of quality & service. It was impressive. I literally feel like a brand new person- a younger, happier person!!! I almost cried 3 times during & after 🥲 This was a life changing experience! I'm so grateful!! Everyone in the salon was so kind, complementary and absolutely sweet toward me. Who doesn't love being showered with attention? Whether it was "you're gorgeous" "you're so cute" compliments about loving my hair, my boots or saying I look like a supermodel; it was a phenomenal experience! Ergun made sure to review hair care instructions, products and styling techniques with me before I left. 🥲🥰🙏🏻🙌🏻 Thank you all so much for boosting my confidence & being part of this awesome day! Yareli did an amazing job on my hair! I got long layers with a blowout, and this is honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. She really listened to my concerns and what I wanted, and she executed my vision perfectly. Her attention to detail truly shows. The hair wash was great and very relaxing, and her energy made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

My experience with Ergun Tercan European Salon has always been the best, when you walk in, you are immediately greeted and the atmosphere is calm, and they ask if you’d like a beverage! I always just do an all over color, jet black and my hair feels the healthiest and shiniest and longest it’s ever been. I’ve been coming to this Salon since 2019 and always felt welcomed. I highly recommend Ergun and Sam as they can meet all of your hair needs and give a beautiful Hair Blow out! 10/10.

I have had thin, fine hair my whole life and was interested in getting keratin extensions. I was cautious to get them, but had a consultation with Ergun and felt confident enough to proceed and I am so glad I did. My hair volume has tripled and I feel so much more confident in my appearance. The extensions also let my hair grow without damage and it was left looking healthy (third picture). Ergun and his staff are incredibly friendly and personable. Even if you don’t have a booking with Ergun, he takes 5mins to step in and do your hair while asking you follow up questions about your life, because he remembers what you’ve said. If you’re on the fence about getting extensions, at least book a consultation.
